Cost
$300 for the first hour regardless of time, then prorated to every quarter (1/4) hour.

We Know the National Market
With this service we will travel to your location in order to give you professional senior housing real estate advice. We discuss the national market and the potential purchase price your property can achieve in that market. Lee Haris, our national senior housing broker, is licensed actively in every state.
Cost
$3,000 per day plus reimbursment of airline tickets, taxis, meals, hotels, etc.
Mileage Rate $2.50 per mile.

What is it worth in the national market?
With this service you get two hours of professional senior housing real estate advice. We discuss the national market and the potential purchase price your property can achieve in that market. Lee Haris, our national senior housing broker, is licensed actively in every state.
Cost
$500 for the first visit for up to two hour regardless of actual time used, plus $300 per hour afterwards prorated to every quarter (1/4) hour.
Mileage Rate $2.50 per mile (applies to autombile travel outside San Francisco city limits)
